Our Guest Suite is one of our most spacious and luxurious rooms. This Suite offers all the comforts of home as well as access to your own private patio deck and garden. French doors let in plenty of that beautiful Key West sun light; you won’t be able to get enough of.

All rooms are non-smoking. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional $30 fee will be charged per night for additional guests. We have 5 rooms that accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. We are animal lovers too, but please refrain from bringing pets with you during your stay. Only service animals are permitted.

Minimum stays:
During Holidays and Special Events, a minimum number of nights is required; such as Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Gay Pride, Womenfest, Fantasy Fest, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Fantasy Fest and New Year’s both have a 7 night minimum. General stays are subject to minimums which fluctuate throughout the year. Minimum stays are standard with most bed and breakfasts because of limited availability.

Deposits:
In general, a two night deposit is required during high season. A one night deposit is required during mid season and low season. Holidays and special events either require a 2 night deposit or 50% deposit.
