All rooms are non-smoking.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. A $30 fee will be charged per night on additional persons in rooms that can accommodate up to four guests. (Maximum 4 persons per room). We are animal lovers too, but please refrain from bringing animals with you during your stay. Animals are not allowed on property.

Minimum stays may be required for general reservations. During Holidays and Special Events, minimum stays are required as well as a two night deposit, for example.. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Gay Pride, Womenfest, Fantasy Fest, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. A fifty percent deposit is required for Fantasy Fest and New Year’s as well as a 7 night minimum.
