The Vice Traveler – New York Traveler Destination: Key West by Dave Morris The VICE traveler has an abundance of Gay inns and guesthouses to choose from in Key West.  We selected Alexander’s Guesthouse. Originally built in the early 1900′s, Alexander’s radiates charm and comfort requiring guests to adopt a relaxed and serene attitude.   We were particularly impressed with the attentive and friendly guesthouse staff who were very willing to provide “the local’s” point of view about what Key West has to offer.  We definitely plan to visit Alexander’s again.

Fountain Magazine – South Florida Key West’s Eclectic Eccentricities Fabulous Accommodations,  My home during my stay was Alexander’s guesthouse on Fleming Street, which is absolutely idyllic. Catering to both men and women, Alexander’s overwhelmingly attracts couples.  Beautifully run and maintained, it gives one the feeling of living in someone’s extremely comfortable home.  Make no mistake, this is one of the best guesthouses on the island, and that’s not just my opinion.  For the past ten years it has won an award from the editor of the prestigious gay travel magazine Out and About.
